Upon receipt of the student member's order, the student member will have immediate access to the booking platform. The nature of the services you purchased and the date of your purchase may impact the timing of performance of the services. Please consult the booking and cancellation rules and regulations. The following rules and regulations apply to all the services offered at Engly Tutors:

• Student members may book an available time slot, no less than 24 hours before the desired date.

• Student members may choose to cancel and/or reschedule a booked time slot no less than 24 hours before the starting time of the booked slot.

• Failure by the student member to comply with the cancellation timeframe will result in the student forfeiting the slot without reimbursement. The nature of the services you purchased and the date of your purchase may impact the timing of performance of the services. The services will be deemed to be successfully delivered to you upon the performance of the services.

• If a student member needs to arrive late, please inform the teacher before the class. If a student does not show up within 15 minutes after the start of the class, the teacher will consider the student absent from class, and no refund or reschedule will be granted.

• If you need to take the class earlier, please check the teacher's latest timetable or ask the teacher if special arrangement is available.
